To register for the meeting, you will be asked to download and fill a registration form and email it to registration@msc-smc.org. If you are not currently a member and would like to take advantage of the reduced conference registration fee for MSC members, please submit an application for membership (coming soon) in the same letter as your cheque.

No registration reimbursement will be accorded after May 18, 2012.

If your registration is submitted prior to the meeting, one banquet ticket is included in the registration fee. Additional guest banquet tickets can be purchased for $65 each and must be ordered prior to the beginning of the meeting. Conference registration on site is possible but EXCLUDES the banquet ticket.

Please note that Short courses / Workshops are NOT included in this registration price. Short Courses can be reserved at a price of $60 for half day courses and $90 for the full day course for conference participants. Registration for short courses is also possible without conference registration at $80 (half day) and $110 (full day).

Note to exhibitors: For guests that only wish to visit the exhibit hall (e.g. for a demonstration), an Exhibition Guest Pass at a price of $30 must be purchased. Please provide the name of your guest and the date of the visit. Exhibition Guest Passes can be reserved in advance or on site.
